We offer holistic nurse coaching and wellness concierge services, which are:\n- Educational and supportive in nature

• Not a replacement for medical treatment or psychotherapy
   
• Tailored individually based on client goals and needs
   

Important: Our services do not constitute medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis.

All coaching sessions are confidential. Any personal or health-related information you provide is handled in compliance with HIPAA and Minnesota statutes related to patient privacy.

Confidentiality will be broken only if:\n- Required by law

• There is a threat to your safety or others
   
• You give written permission to share information with another provider
   

• Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the full session fee may be charged.
   
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless due to medical emergencies or at our discretion.
   

Minnesota Right to Cancel: Under state law, you may have rights to cancel within a specific timeframe for prepaid services. Please inquire if you qualify.
 

All content—written, visual, downloadable—is owned by Blossoming Souls. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute any materials without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Blossoming Souls and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website content.
