You might be wondering: What makes me qualified to be a Coach—especially a Nurse Coach focused on mental health, chronic illness, life, and relationships? 

Life taught me more than any textbook ever could, and nursing gave me the tools to turn that experience into real transformation not just for me, but for others too.

With over 20 years as a registered nurse, I’ve developed tools to guide people through crisis, healing, and growth. My specialties? Mental health, chronic illness, relationships, and life transformation.

But what truly qualifies me isn’t just my degrees or my career - it’s my journey.

I became a teen mom at 15. By 20, I was raising three children alone. I’ve battled depression, survived abuse, struggled with self-worth, and hit rock bottom more times than I care to count. But I refused to stay there.

I found my strength.

I stopped playing the victim. Through years of deep inner work, therapy, and relentless determination, I reclaimed my power, healed, and rebuilt my life. Now, I live with purpose by helping others do the same. 

I’ve earned multiple degrees, built a successful nursing career, launched creative projects including adult coloring books and children’s activity books, started a blog and podcast for women’s empowerment, and I’m currently writing my first book.

I never thought any of this was possible. But here I am. And if I can do it, so can you.

I coach because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, broken, and lost. I also know how to rise, heal, and thrive. And I want to help you do the same.
